How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request via our Support Center or email us at ycmsupport@gmail.com.

Include your order ID, email used for registration, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Important Notes

No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window has passed.

If you cancel after the 7-day period, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, but no further charges will occur.

Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds are only available for initial purchases, not subscription renewals, unless canceled within 7 days of renewal.
